Summary:  This is set... hmm... probably during season three, though it's AU
so could be anytime during or after really... Anyway, the Council of
Watcher's have annoyed Giles again, enough to leave him in a rather
dangerous situation. But then, he really *should* have bought a more
reliable car...

For the New Buffy reader, vampires vary in age and maturity, and while
having a child turned at a young age is rare, it is not impossible. In
Oleecia's case the demons inhabiting the bodies of her brother and sister,
decided it would be extra evil to turn an innocent. 

Giles, being a watcher of long standing, knew that a vampires true post
turning age could be as little as six months or as much as two
hundred years. Oleecia's age is revealed in the series, and she is over
the age of consent. However, Giles, Spike, and Xander see a child and treat
Oleecia as a normal child.
